A domestic property should be tested and inspected every ten years. However rented properties need to be tested every five years. All of our electricians are trained to carry out Electrical Condition Reports and installation certificates with
guidance from the NICEIC.

If you require a full house rewire, we can visit your property, assess your requirements and provide options for your new installations.

This can be done whilst you or tenants are still living in the property; therefore we can plan and provide a time scale to suit your needs and to help minimise any disruption. When work like­ this takes more than a day, we would ensure that at the end of each day, where possible, the power would be switched back on to enable you to use all electrical facilities in your home.
