Materials and Our Services

PSC Electrical has trade accounts with some of the biggest electrical wholesalers in the UK. We can get quality parts and at a reasonable price. Furthermore, a wide range of stock is kept on all of our vans so there is a 90% chance that we will have a part without the need of going to an electrical wholesaler. This will save time and money!

Our Guarantee

PSC Electrical guarantees 100% satisfaction to all of our customers. In an unfortunate situation where you feel our work is not up to this high standard, please let us know so we can do our best to satisfy your particular needs. All parts that are purchased and installed by PSC Electrical will be covered by the manufacturer warranty. Our written quotes are only valid for 30 days.

Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. Our Price

THERE ARE NO HIDDEN CHARGES OR FEES.

The total charge to the customer shall consist of the cost of materials at trade price, plus 20% and the amount of time spent carrying out the job (charged at the hourly rate- see Emergency call out).

Payment must be made in full by cheque or cash to the engineer upon completion of work.

Special rates may apply on Bank Holidays and throughout the Christmas period.
